How to Request a Return or Exchange
You do not need to fill out complex forms or log into complicated portals. Simply follow these three steps:
Take a Picture
Capture a quick photo of the product, ensuring the original Soultatva product tag is clearly visible.
Send us a WhatsApp Message
Click WhatsApp Us to message our support chat. Share your name, order ID, and the picture.
Easy Pickup
Our logistics partner will arrange a complimentary return pick-up from your home within 24-48 hours.
Refund Process
Once your returned item arrives back at our Pune boutique and passes a quick quality check (inspected to ensure it is unworn and unwashed), we will process your refund instantly:
- Store Credit (Recommended): Receive a gift coupon code instantly via WhatsApp with an extra 5% bonus credit, valid for one year!
- Original Payment Method: Refunded directly to your Bank Account, UPI, or Credit Card within 3-5 business days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or Google Pay/UPI as chosen by you.
